Jared struggled with finding what God would have him do with his life, but he found joy volunteering in the sound booth and as a Sunday School teacher. When he was 15, he gave his life to Jesus at a youth camp and was baptized later that year. He and his family moved to Cape Coral Florida when he was a teenager. Jared Puls was born in Fort Worth Texas while his father was in seminary. John was called to serve Preston Highlands Baptist Church as Pastor in 2014.

In his free time, John loves to spend time with his family, read all kinds of books, run long distances, and watch Dallas Cowboys football. They were married in 2008 and have the joy of raising their three children, Elisha, Gideon, and Lidia. Several site visitors have asked me about churches that are English-speaking and for a specific denomination.
